“LAMP” which stands for “Lost Airman of Muskoka Project”. Bil has been
involved in many projects including the recovery of a P-38 Lighting (Glacier
Gal) from Greenland, a B-17 from Dyke Lake in Labrador and searches for the Avro

partial recovery of a 1928 Fokker Universal from Charron Lake in Manitoba.

As we reach the mid point of
January new memberships are coming in as well as renewals. This past week all
those with e-mail who have not renewed were sent a reminder. I have received a
number of emails thanking me for the reminder; some saying that they will renew,
others that they will not be renewing this year and most commending CHAA on the
work being done. Thanks to all for taking the time to respond.
Membership was very busy in the days leading up to Christmas with 14 gift
certificates being issued as Christmas gifts. Nearly 500 ROARs were mailed to
our members as well as the 70 plus who received the ROAR electronically and the
50 plus who picked up their ROAR at the hangar. CHAA has grown this past year
and will continue to grow and flourish in 2007.
